Shipping policy

We can’t wait for you to receive your Petty and Nice order. We carefully prepare and package every order with love before sending it on its way to you.

Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your delivery information.

UK Delivery

We currently offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom.

Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally take a little longer during busy periods, bank holidays or due to circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Charges

Your delivery charge will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

If you spend over £100 you will get Free Shipping at Check out.

Any promotional or free-delivery offers will also be applied at checkout where applicable.

Tracking Your Order

Where a tracked delivery service is used, your tracking details will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

Please allow a little time after receiving your email for the tracking information to become active.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete before placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible at petty@pettyandnice.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at petty@pettyandnice.comwith your order number and we will look into it for you.

If your parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at petty@pettyandnice.com with your order number and photographs of the parcel and item.

We will be happy to help resolve the issue.

International Delivery

At present, our standard delivery service is focused on UK orders. If international delivery becomes available, the relevant delivery options, costs and estimated times will be displayed at checkout.
